This is an excellent food truck. I ordered the breakfast burrito with carnitas and grilled veggies. I'll skip the veggies next time, as they were only onions and zucchini. The server apologized for the heat of the salsa and provided a guacamole to temper the heat. It wasn't necessary, the salsa heat was perfect! They also served Salsa Verde which was very mild. All were very tasty and I finished all the add-on sauces. The staff was very attentive.
So glad they decided to open this taco truck in this area. I’m a regular, love the owners & the jamon breakfast torta. Oh... and don’t forget the queso birria, best in town!
Enjoyed the breakfast tacos with chorizo. They were very large and very filling and had good flavor. Both salsas were nice. The food was inexpensive and filling and was freshly made. Definitely will visit this truck again and often.
My new favorite food truck! Portions are generous for the price. The carne asada plate is my favorite, and I love that they serve breakfast all day.

Got the Street Taco's in Carne Asada & Carnitas. Generous portions & the meat was seasoned perfectly, moist & delicious! Monday Closed Tuesday-Saturday 8:30 am to 8:00 pm Sunday 8:30 am to 2:00 pm
I ordered a carnitas plate & 4 tacos — my order was 33 and I thought it was worth every penny. The portion sizes were great, the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. I thought the presentation was above average for a food truck, that easily could have been Brick & Mortar / Restaurant style grub. The service was attentive, efficient and friendly. Hot sauce & cutlery/napkins without asking. I will definitely be back & this is the first 5/5 taco truck I’ve found south of Everett.
We just picked up food from here for the first time. Sitting in the car,scarfing it down before my kid's soccer game at pop keeney, my husband says "this corn tortilla is blowing my mind!". He got asada plate, I got quesa birria, son got street tacos. All 3 were so fricken good! Consume, warm and comforting. Meat in birria-so dang tasty! Husband loved the asada and tortillas obvi. My son wolfed down his tacos in 2 min. Food is great value, high quality and totally decent portions. Gal at the window was super nice. We will be back!
